Returning students (including current non-resident students): will enroll through the parent portal account in late July (dates to be announced). Please complete the online registration process PRIOR TO picking up the $100 Kansas Star Rewards Cards from your child’s school. If you cannot make the scheduled enrollment dates please call your school before you come to make sure we are in the office and not in a meeting.
New USD 357 Student In-District Enrollment: Bring your child’s birth certificate, proof of residency, immunization records, and a current transcript from the last school attended to enrollment at the scheduled dates above. New for the 2024-2025 school year, Kansas law requires school districts to allow non-resident students to enroll in and attend the schools of a district if the board’s capacity determination finds there are open seats. (Based on BOE Policy JBCC)

Selection Process:
May 1st-Capacity determined-See above chart for capacity numbers per grade level
June 1-30-Nonresident Application Forms made available and accepted. Please see our website for the enrollment form.
July 1-15-Selection timeline for Non-Resdient enrollment. Parents will be notified of the determination by July 15th. If the number of applicants are greater than the grade level capacity allotment, a lottery will take place to choose applicants.
