My name is Randal Chickadonz and I am excited to be the Superintendent of Belle Plaine Schools for the 2026-27 school year.

I have 35 years of experience in education. I was a high school math and physical education teacher, high school assistant principal/athletic director, high school principal, and superintendent of schools. I also have experience coaching high school varsity boys basketball and assisting football and track.

I received my professional degrees and licenses/certifications from Pittsburg State University.
